Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented cashier to join our team. The cashier will handle transactions efficiently, provide excellent service, and maintain the checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers with payments, refunds, and inquiries .
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area .
• Ensure correct pricing and promotions are applied to purchases.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Count and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Follow company policies and procedures for transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Any Diploma / Degree.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS system
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Prior 3- 5 years of experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred.
