JOB VACANCY – ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (BMS, Lighting, Access Control, CCTV) – UAE

Position: Electrical Technician
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: AED 1500 (Approx. ?34,500 INR)
Food Allowance: AED 200
Accommodation Allowance: AED 300

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, wear and tear, or potential electrical hazards.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform maintenance and repairs on BMS, Lighting, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of all work orders, repairs, and maintenance logs.

Requirements:

Prior experience in electrical systems including BMS, CCTV, Lighting, and Access Control.
Ability to work independently and solve electrical issues efficiently.
Willingness to relocate and work in the UAE.
