Roles & Responsibility:
· Process Optimisation - Enhance efficiency, recovery rates, and cost-effectiveness in metal recycling workflows.
· Automation & Sorting Systems - Lead the design & development of advanced sorting technologies and automated systems.
· Data-Driven Decisions - Harness analytics to monitor performance and eliminate bottlenecks.
· Continuous Improvement - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies for lasting impact.
· System Integration - Implement automated solutions in collaboration with technology partners.
· Knowledge Sharing - Train and guide teams on new tech and best practices.
· Cross-functional collaboration - Drive success across operations, engineering& maintenance teams.
· Proficiency in sensor-based sorting (X-ray, laser, optical, eddy current).
· Deep knowledge of robotic automation, PLCs, SCADA, loT systems.
· Understanding of smelting, refining, hydrometallurgy.
· Real-world application of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and VSM.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
· Hands-on experience in conveyor systems and sorting enhancements.
· A collaborative spirit and clear communication style.
