? Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 + Food & Accommodation

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance In-Charge to lead and manage all maintenance activities in our structural steel fabrication facility. If you have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise with hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems — we want to hear from you!
? Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, welding & mechanical issues
Lead and supervise maintenance team (electricians, mechanics, fitters)
Manage spare parts inventory & coordinate with external vendors
Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards
Report maintenance activity to senior management
? Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
7–10 years in maintenance (preferably in steel fabrication or heavy industry)
Expertise in hydraulic systems, electrical repairs, welding equipment & mechanical components
Knowledge of CNC and PLC-based machines is a plus
? Skills:
Problem-solving & troubleshooting
Team leadership & coordination
Ability to read technical manuals & drawings
Strong safety awareness
