Urgent Requirement for Saudi Arabia

1. Cost Control Engineer
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in EPC projects
- Strong understanding of measurement principles and quantity takeoff methodologies
- Experience in various engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical) quantity measurement
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools
- Knowledge of industry standard measurement methods (e.g., POMI, SMM7)
- Experience in contract measurement and payment certification
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve quantity discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Experience

2. Contract Administrator
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer in EPC projects
- Proficient in financial management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong understanding of cost control principles in EPC project environments
- Experience in budget management, accrual accounting, and financial forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Experience in revenue recognition and earned value management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience in multi-discipline coordination within EPC environment

3. Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in EPC projects
- Strong understanding of contract types and terms common in EPC projects
- Experience in change management and variation order processing
- Knowledge of contract law and commercial principles
- Demonstrated ability to analyze contract documents and identify risks
- Experience in claims preparation and resolution
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in multi-discipline coordination within EPC environment
