Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide basic care and support to patients, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient care: Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Vital signs: Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
3. Mobility and transfers: Assist patients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
4. Feeding and nutrition: Assist patients with eating and drinking, and provide nutrition and hydration support.
5. Hygiene and cleanliness: Maintain patient hygiene and cleanliness, including toileting and incontinence care.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of a state-approved Nurse Assistant training program.
2. Certification: Certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.
3. Experience: Previous experience as a Nurse Assistant or in a related field.
4. Skills: Compassionate and patient-centered care, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic communication skills.
