CONTROL VALVE TECHNICIAN

JD for Control Valve Technician

Job Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair control valves and actuators.
Perform calibration and testing of valves to ensure proper functionality.
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble valves following industry standards.
Conduct on-site servicing and maintenance at customer locations.
Hands on experience of Calibration of positioners and electrical actuators.
Read and interpret technical manuals and GAD for valve specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI or Diploma in mechanical/Instrumentation.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in control valve maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
