Subcontract Engineer - 10+ years experience - Salary KD. 600-700                                                                                               Subcontract Engineer - 3+ years experience  -Salary KD. 200-250                                                                                                                                                                                         BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering) with experience in multi discipline with Oil and gas experience in Project preferable. Sourcing out Qualified Subcontractors, Preparation of Bidding Documents in line with requirements and / or guidelines of client. Evaluation and approval of subcontractors for Prequalification. Evaluation of Subcontractors proposals both technical and commercial. Obtaining approval from management. Preparation and issuance of work orders. Control and coordination with subcontractors with regard technical and quality requirement. Coordination with project team for subcontractor mobilization at site for job execution. Checking and recommendations of payment for subcontractor. Coordination for execution of supply and services. Preparation of progress cost summary sheet, receipt of invoice from finance and coordination with contractors till receipt of payment and close out. Effective inter personal and communication skills , Effective presentation skills and knowledge of handling ERP Modules and ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.

Procurement Engineer - Salary KD. 200-250                                            BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) with 3+ years experience in overall procurement activities related to refinery, oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical industry. Able to coordinate with inter departments for getting feedback related to PR, Offer, TQ's and dcoumentation. Maintain the purchase records and related documentation. Responsible for overall smooth flow of communication between procurement department/vendor & other inter departments/sites. Conducting weekly procurement review meetings and updating the status with inter departments/sites. Followup with inter departments as per the committed actions in the weekly meeting. Follow up for Inspection reports/MTC & Dispatch clearance with respective department. Followup for Materials delivery with procurement, MRIR clearance with stores. Operational spares document review and submission to client for approval. Preferably with mechanical Engineering background and should be with excellent communication/interpersonal skills; Good computer literacy, Microsoft Office(Word, Excel & Power Point), kinowledge in ERP Systems is a plus.
