Job Responsibilities:
    •    Operate grinding machines for precision tasks
    •    Read and interpret blueprints & technical drawings
    •    Adjust machine settings for optimal output
    •    Perform quality checks using calipers & micrometers
    •    Conduct maintenance & troubleshoot equipment
    •    Ensure safety, cleanliness, and order in the work area
