We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, with a passion for innovation and quality. This role involves managing kitchen operations, supervising junior staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision.

• Develop new recipes and assist in planning the dessert menu.

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.

• Manage pastry kitchen operations, including cleanliness and hygiene.

• Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as necessary.

• Train and supervise junior pastry staff to maintain kitchen efficiency.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production processes.

• Collaborate with other chefs for events and special menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.

• Strong creativity and ability to develop new recipes.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff.
