Facade Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision of Facade Installation
   • Supervise daily façade installation activities on site (curtain wall, glazing, cladding, aluminium panels, etc.).
   • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
2. Work Planning & Coordination
   • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
   • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for façade works.
   • Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are met.
3. Quality Control
   • Inspect façade installations to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
   • Identify and resolve installation defects or technical issues.
   • Ensure proper alignment, sealing, waterproofing, and finishing.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
   • Ensure all workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
   • Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
   • Monitor safe use of scaffolding, lifting equipment, and working-at-height practices.
5. Material & Equipment Management
   • Check incoming façade materials for quality and quantity.
   • Ensure proper storage and handling of glass, aluminium, and cladding materials.
6. Documentation & Reporting
   • Maintain daily work reports and progress updates.
   • Report issues, delays, or site challenges to the project engineer or manager.
   • Ensure inspection requests and approvals are completed.
7. Team Leadership
   • Guide and supervise façade installers, technicians, and labourers.
   • Train workers on correct installation techniques and safety practices.
