JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair defective electrical/electronic products (TV, Microwave, Blender, Water Dispensers, etc.) Support in the repair of various electrical products.
Control the consumption of spare parts.
Order spare parts as per repair requirements. Prepare charge estimates for out of warranty
and misuse cases.
Prepare technical reports for defective items.
Daily update the system for the work done.
Maintain good relation with suppliers to timely
resolve pending cases
Assure implementation of service standard
operating procedures. Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Electronics repair (preferably in authorized service centers). Electronics repair skills for all product range like TV, Microwave, Blender, etc
Electronics repair skills for High end LCDs, Plasma, CRT, DVD players, Hi-Fi and home theaters. Hard working, team player with high ownership
towards work space. Customer oriented.
