Position: Mould Process – Production Supervisor

 

Required Qualification:

Diploma / Post Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology from CIPET

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry as a Production Supervisor

Salary:

35,000 – 42,000 Thai Baht

(Approx. ?1,00,000 /- per month)

 

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise cleanroom operations by assigning tasks, setting production goals, and training employees.

Refer to daily/monthly plans and allocate manpower accordingly.

Control material usage, including lot number traceability.

Ensure safety, 5S, and contamination prevention protocols.

Maintain and provide skill matrix training plans for operators.

Track process rejections and implement corrective actions.

Maintain shop floor discipline and manage defaulters appropriately.

Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep.
